Terms of service.

These terms cover your use of crumpetpost.com and any Crumpet Post subscription or gift. "Crumpet Post," "we" and "us" mean the business operating under the name Crumpet Post in California, USA.

1. What you're buying

A subscription delivers one mailer per month containing printed art, stickers, a note and occasional extras, mailed to the address you provide. Contents vary each month.

2. Price and tax

Current prices are $9 per month for US addresses and $11 per month for international addresses, or the prepaid amounts shown at checkout. Prices include any applicable sales tax. We may change prices; a change never applies to a period you've already paid for, and we'll email you before it affects your next charge.

3. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method on the 1st of each billing period: every month for monthly plans, or every three months for quarterly plans, at the price shown at checkout.

• If you join on or before the 15th, you're charged at signup for that month's mailer and then on the 1st of the following month.
• If you join after the 15th, nothing is charged at signup and your first charge is on the 1st of the next month.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel any time, online, at crumpetpost.com/manage, using the email address on your subscription. No phone call and no fee. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep the mailers for periods you've already paid for. You can also cancel by emailing hello@crumpetpost.com.

5. Refunds

Because each mailer is prepared for the billing period you pay for, we don't refund periods that have already begun. If we charge you by mistake, or you were charged after cancelling, we'll refund it. Write to hello@crumpetpost.com.

6. Shipping

Mailers are sent on the 20th of each month by stamped mail without tracking. If one doesn't arrive, we'll send one free replacement as described on our shipping page. We're not currently shipping to the EU or UK. You're responsible for giving us a correct address and for any customs fees your country charges.

7. Gifts

Gifts are prepaid for 3, 6 or 12 months, are paid in full at purchase, and do not renew. Gift codes can be redeemed once, never expire, and have no cash value. A gift sent directly to a recipient is mailed to the address the buyer entered.

8. The art

All art, photographs and text on this site and in your mailers belong to Korinand Crumpet Post. You're welcome to enjoy, display and share photos of your mailers with credit, but please don't reproduce, sell or use the art commercially without written permission.

9. Liability

We provide mailers and the website "as is." To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
