Everyone is billed on the 1st of the month, and every mailer goes out on the 20th.

Join on or before the 15th and you pay today and get this month's mailer, then you're billed on the 1st like everyone else. Join after the 15th and nothing is charged until the 1st; your first mailer is next month's.

Yes. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and we say so at checkout and in your confirmation email. Gifts do not renew.

Go to Manage subscription (it's in the menu and the footer of every page, and in every email). Sign in with your email, and you can cancel, pause, update your card, or change your address in a few clicks. No phone calls, no forms, no fee.

When you cancel, you keep the mailer for any month you've already paid for.

The United States, plus Canada, Mexico, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan and Brazil. We're not currently shipping to the EU or UK. It's a customs and paperwork thing we can't yet take on, and we'd rather say so up front than let you find out at checkout.

No, and that's deliberate. Mailers travel as stamped letters, which is what keeps the price low. They don't get tracking numbers. Instead, we email everyone on the day they go out, so you know to watch your mailbox.

Letters go through high-speed postal sorting machines, and now and then they come out a little worse for wear. If yours is badly damaged, send a photo to hello@crumpetpost.com and we'll sort it out.

Two ways. You can send it straight to them: enter your recipient's address and we mail it. Or you can buy a gift code and send it to them yourself, and they enter their own address when they redeem it. Gifts come in 3, 6, or 12 months, are paid in full up front, and never renew.

No. A code works once, and it doesn't expire.
