How it works
Three steps. One envelope.

You join
Pick a plan and enter your address. Join by the 15th and your first mailer is this month's. Join later and it's next month's.

We bill on the 1st
Everyone is billed on the same day, so your card statement is predictable. Prices include tax.

We mail on the 20th
Stamped and sealed by hand. We email you the day they go out, since stamped letters don't come with tracking.

Quick answers
When am I charged, and when does it ship?
Everyone is billed on the 1st of the month, and every mailer goes out on the 20th.
Join on or before the 15th and you pay today and get this month's mailer, then you're billed on the 1st like everyone else. Join after the 15th and nothing is charged until the 1st; your first mailer is next month's.
How do I cancel, pause, or change my address?
Go to Manage subscription (it's in the menu and the footer of every page, and in every email). Sign in with your email, and you can cancel, pause, update your card, or change your address in a few clicks. No phone calls, no forms, no fee.
When you cancel, you keep the mailer for any month you've already paid for.
Where do you ship?
The United States, plus Canada, Mexico, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan and Brazil. We're not currently shipping to the EU or UK. It's a customs and paperwork thing we can't yet take on, and we'd rather say so up front than let you find out at checkout.
Is there tracking?
No, and that's deliberate. Mailers travel as stamped letters, which is what keeps the price low. They don't get tracking numbers. Instead, we email everyone on the day they go out, so you know to watch your mailbox.
